Hello All
I need help for a scenario in Brazil. In this case export of a product was done who material origin is nation and usage is industrialization using CFOP 7949. This was approved by Sefaz. However when export returns is being done for same material, using CFOP 3949 it is rejected by Sefaz with message "CFOP inválido para NF-e com finalidade de devolução de mercadoria (nItem:1)”.
Sefaz has confirmed CFOP to be used for export returns is 3949 and yet the document is rejected with status code 327. We are on 3.10 version of NFe.
Any help is appreciated.
